Construction Resourcing

DGP have a dedicated resourcing desk to recruit high calibre candidates for our projects and our clients. 

Our resource managers retain nationwide databases of highly skilled tradespeople and operatives and will work with your project teams to ensure suitable candidates are recruited and vetted. Each candidate will then arrive on site holding a relevant CSCS card and have the required training and qualifications.

Our resourcing managers carry out regular site visits and inspections to ensure that all tradespeople and operatives carry out their duties to the expected standards.
